The entreprenurial ATLien’s successful wedding spin-off ‘Kandi’s Wedding’ aired it’s final episode last Sunday (July 6, 2014) and all of the family drama & pre-nuptial disagreements didn’t stop Kandi & Todd from jumping the broom.

The drama continues in the series finale as Todd is a no-show to the couple’s rehearsal dinner. When asked what she thought about the situation, Kandi’ explained:
Obviously I was thinking, “OK look, are we getting married tomorrow?” Because in my mind we were set — if we’re not doing this pre-nup, we’re not getting married.
People think that I’m harsh for the whole pre-nup thing, but it is what it is. You only really need it if things fall apart, so at that point if it does fall apart, then you want to have something that is iron-clad. That’s just how it works.
Welp… it’s always better to be safe than sorry, right? What’s ‘love’ got to do with it?

The countdown to Kandi’s big wedding day is coming to a close but Kandi and Todd are still battling over issues concerning their prenuptial agreement.
Todd shows up at Kandi?s house at 2 a.m. and tells her that she needs to fix the two small issues and he?ll gladly sign the agreement. Guess what? Kandi agrees… and finally the pre-nup is put to bed.
Moving on…
The finale episode was filled with a few surprises and several cameos:
Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, Peter Thomas, Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida, Miss Lawrence & Derek J (Fashion Queens).
FYI – Kenya Moore and NeNe Leakes were both no shows. Kenya was reportedly shooting “Celebrity Apprentice at the time, while Nene was appearing in ?Dancing With the Stars.?

Rasheeda and Kirk (LHHATL) and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Cottle (Family Hustle) and Fantasia Barrino were all in the wedding party while Benzino & Stevie J both attended.
Radio personality Big Tigger hosted the reception.
Other notables in attendance: Sherri Shepherd, former RHOAer Sheree Whitfield, producer Jazze Pha, Tamar Braxton and her hubby Vince.
