Apollo Nida of The Real Housewives of Atlanta may soon regret spilling the beans on the show about his $8,000 strip club nights!
As you know, Nida, the husband of RHOA star Phaedra Parks, pled guilty to a $2.3 million fraud scheme earlier this month (click HERE if you missed that) and now it’s been reported that he’s about to go through some intense questioning about his finances.
Federal court documents reveal that Parks? embattled husband will take part in an oral examination at the Atlanta Office of United States of Attorney on June 10, 2014.
Nida, 35, is ordered to bring ?earning statements from?most recent paychecks,? ?business records for the present year and past calendar year,? ?current bank statements for the past 12 months,? ?all deeds, leases, contracts, and other documents representing any ownership interest,? and ?all stocks, bonds, or other securities of any class,? among other personal paperwork, documents state.
Though he?s reportedly facing up to 30 years in prison, Nida recently told Radar he?s staying upbeat.
?I feel good about the support I?m getting,? insisted the dad of Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 1. ?It?s an uphill battle, but we?re still staying positive.?
The fitness trainer accepted a plea deal in the case, confessing to charges of mail, wire and bank fraud.
