There are schools around the country that are apparently having more issues with teachers than they are with students these days.

While Atlanta may have a few teachers with foul language running about (click HERE if you missed that), it seems Lil Rock, Arkansas has a much bigger issue and they’ve decided to give their teachers a stricter dress code because of it.
“It” being underwear… or the lack of thereof.
Foundational garments shall be worn and not visible with respect to color, style, and/or fabric,? the letter reads. ?No see-through or sheer clothing shall be allowed, and no skin shall be visible between pants/trousers, skirts, and shirts/blouses at any time.?
The letter describing the change was sent to teachers in Little Rock, Arkansas, last year, but the new standard takes effect this fall. With that deadline closing in, teachers are looking at ways to fight the ruling.
T-shirts, patches and other clothing containing slogans for beer, alcohol, drugs, gangs or sex will also be prohibited. Other verboten garments will include cut-off jeans with ragged edges, cut-out dresses and spaghetti-straps if teachers aren?t wearing at least two layers.
Flip-flops will be banned too and ?Tattoos must be covered if at all possible.? No jogging suits, either (though gym and dance teachers do get a pass on this one).
And the very worst of all: No spandex! (Read more about the dress code issue HERE)
Teachers in Arkansas are upset have demanded their union to work at trying to loosen the new rules but my question is this…. shouldn’t a teacher’s dress code be hold to a higher standard than the students? Why is any of this even an issue? Just put on some dayum clothes!!
