NEWSFLASH! Kenya Moore & Nene Leakes Still Haven’t ‘Cut The Check’ For Detroit Public Schools…

All eyes are on Nene Leakes and Kenya Moore of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

If you recall, during part 3 of the RHOA season 6 reunion show, Nene issued a challenge to Kenya to donate money to the charity of her choice (click HERE if you missed that).

The challenge came during a heated exchange between the two about Leakes? behavior at a Moore’s charity benefit last year.

?Since you felt that I behaved so badly at your charity event, I will do this for you,? Leakes said. ?Let?s put our differences aside for a day of charity. You pick the charity of your choice. I will donate $20,000, and you match me. You donate 20 (thousand) along with me. How about that? 20K. You ready? Name the charity, and let?s go.?

?OK,? Moore said, before pausing for a few seconds. ?Well, we?ll play for the Detroit Public Schools Foundation.?

?I will write a $20,000 check, and I?d like to see you match me,? Leakes responded. ?We?ll write it together.?

?All right,? Moore said.

?Certified funds, please,? quipped another cast member, Phaedra Parks.

Have the ladies paid up yet?

Details below…

According to a statement released by DPS foundation president Glenda Price, Kenya and Nene still haven’t cut the checks!

We are aware of the segment that references the potential contribution to the DPS Foundation, however we have not received any official notification of a gift.?

We are gratified that we are seen as an important entity in the support of public education in Detroit, and we will give due recognition to the donors when monies are received.

Peep game… Nene knew dayum well that Kenya didn’t have $20,000 to give away, but called her bluff on camera to prove her point.

So far, neither of the ladies have commented on the matter.
