The story she posts details the violent attack which allegedly came from the hands of someone she loved.? Social media is used for many things and these day photos of incidents are available almost immediately.

Once the graphic photos hit the net, ‘Gabriella’ instantly became a viral topic, but she states online, that her only goal is to create awareness about domestic violence.

In communicating with a few people online, the young woman revealed it was the ‘first and last time’ her boyfriend of 8 months had been violent with her.
‘Gabriella’ admits that her photos may be disturbing, but she feels that sharing her story may give others the strength to leave an abusive situation before it’s too late.
The young woman has gotten a ton of online support, but has also suffered backlash. She returned to her twitter page a few hours after posting the photos to address negative comments, stating:
I admire ‘Gabriella’s’ strength and pray for her swift recovery.
