Word on the curb is that a former NFL player and his reality show wannabee wife are so upset about their recent stint on reality television that they’ve been consulting with a crisis management team.
[FLASHBACK: Bob Whitfield Speaks About ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life’ Appearance…]
And while the ex-baller had previously allowed his wife to audition for a few spots on lesser known Atlanta-based reality shows, nothing ever came of it, so he didn’t really take her television ambitions seriously.
When the opportunity came for them both to appear on a highly successful Atlanta based show, they jumped at the shot even though there was no pay involved in their appearance.
The bright lights and talk of using the popular reality show as a launchpad for entrepreneurial ventures convinced the couple that it was a good idea to appear.? Afterall… they could use the free promo.
And while it seem a great idea at the time, they had no idea of the backlash that was to follow (which is odd considering who their ‘friends’ are)!
Details below…
The ex-NFL baller got caught up and put out there recently when he bragged about his sexual conquests on camera, and while it was his intention to ‘turn up’ for television, he had no idea of the backlash that was to follow.
Fans of the reality show have begun to roast both he and his wife, while any potential clients they may have gotten from the appearance have fell by the wayside, in light of the drama.
The couple is rumored to be battling relationship issues after the ex pro-baller was caught lying to his wife on television and now both now faced with fixing the damage caused by his big mouth.
