Kim gave birth to her two bundles of joy back in November and shared the special meanings of their names online (click HERE if you missed that).
In typical Zolciak fashion, Kim sold the first images of her infants to Life & Style magazine, who recently published a full photo spread featuring the ex-RHOA cast member, her injured NFL husband Kroy Biermann and their 6 (yes SIX) children.
The twins are the third and fourth children for Zolciak, 35, and her husband Kroy.? Their family also consists of 2-year-old Kroy, Jr. (KJ), 17-month-old Kash (the name Kandi Burruss claims Kim stole from her), and Kim’s two daughters from two previous relationships, Brielle (16) and Ariana (12), who Biermann formally adopted.

Kroy, Kim and their 6 week old twins Kane and Kaia
“Kaia is a diva, honey!” Zolciak informed Life&Style.
“She loves to be snuggled all the time. And Kane is the easiest baby ever. Just feed him and change him and he’s happy.”

On how she’s adjusting to life with 6 children, Kim states:
It’s an absolute trip having one baby in your arm ? if not two ? while Brielle wants food, Kash wants to be held, and KJ’s peeing all over the toilet.
It’s just hectic, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. It’s a trip!

“This is it ? no more kids!” she said. “I finally feel like my family is 100 percent complete.”
Since Kroy is still on injured reserve with the Falcons it’s probably a smart move to utilize a few birth control methods for now.? In the meantime, at least they got a check for selling their baby pics…
