2013 MTV VMAs: Miley Twerks Robin Thicke, Kanye Shadow Boxes, Justin Timberlake Honored As A Legend & More… [WATCH FULL VIDEO]

The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards aired last night (August 26, 2013) and as usual there were quite a few buzzworthy moments.

While Lady Gaga’s opening may have been meant to shock fans, it was Miley Cyrus who clearly stole the show!?

Hannah Montana was out to prove something last night. What? I don’t know.

Maybe her performance was meant to break records… like how many times she could touch her crotch in a four-minute performance? Or perhaps she was out to prove how well a flat “A”zz could twerk?

Whatever the case, Miley won hands down as the most talked about performance of the 2013 MTV Video awards.

My personal favorite of the evening was Justin Timberlake’s performance which preceded his acceptance of The Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Timberlake has over 20 years worth of hits starting with his time with NSync (who came out to perform alongside JT briefly) all the way to his current hits, which include ‘Suit & Tie’.

Yuuup… he totally deserved it!

Other memorable moments of the evening included Kanye West shadow boxing in front of an instagram pic, T-Boz and Chilli announcing Drake’s performance (special shout out to Drake’s muscle shirt), Rihanna’s ‘less than impressed’ blank stare from the front row, 2Chainz rapping with a twerk team and more.

I almost set through the whole thing this year. 😆
