Oddly enough those exact some words (“They always get away…”)?were uttered by millions of American’s over the weekend after a Florida jury returned with a verdict of ‘Not Guilty’ for Trayvon Martin’s killer.

The jury, which consisted of six woman, deliberated for over 16 hours and at 9:47 p.m. Saturday evening (July 13, 2013), court officials announced that there was a verdict.

Zimmerman, 29, was found ?not guilty? on all charges for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Setting the OBVIOUS racial implications of the case aside for a moment, it’s truly unbelievable that a man has walked out of a courtroom after blatantly taking an UNARMED teenager’s life.

Zimmerman took the law into his own hands and took a life. No if’s and’s or buts about it, however the prosecution failed to convince a jury that he did anything wrong.

A day after the verdict was read, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin (Trayvon’s mother and father) responded via the social networking site, Twitter.

Tracy Martin (father) expressed gratitude for all of the public support, stating:

Moments after Trayvon’s father’s tweet, Sybrina Fulton (mother) expressed faith that God’s will would be done, stating:

Personally, I’m still in disbelief that the killer of an UNARMED teen is now a free man…

Zimmerman may have been found “not guilty” in that Florida court but if you believe in Devine intervention, he WILL pay.

What are your thought’s on the Zimmerman verdict?

Do you believe justice was served?
