Ne-Yo hit the red carpet of the 2013 BET awards with a woman the wire services noted as ‘Monyetta Shaw,’ the mother of Ne-Yo’s 2 young children, but clearly THAT is not Ms. Shaw.

Unbeknownst to photographers who were prepared to shoot Ne-Yo and his fiance’, Ne-Yo appeared with a new lady love on the red carpet after notifying his former fiance that he was moving on via a note posted on Instagram!

Just a day prior to hitting the red carpet with his new date, Ne-Yo posted the note above via his Instagram stating, “I’ll aways be there. ALWAYS. @incognemo Forever my miracle.”
FYI “incognmeo” is Monyetta Shaw’s instagram name. ?The note seemed a bit odd being that Shaw was spotted out and about during the 3-day BET Awards experience weekend, partying it up with a few of her close girlfriends.
Shaw was also still rocking her huge engagement ring…
No word on if the online ‘break-up’ note came as a surprise to Shaw, but Ne-Yo appeared to be taking it all in stride as he and his new ‘date’ danced around on the red carpet…
