Mugshot Mania – ‘Real Housewives’ Extortion Plot Gone Wrong… [VIDEO]

Meet Sonia A. Brown (35), and Chloe M. McQueen (23) of Miami Florida.

These two smiling beauties posed for the mugshots above after they were arrested for an extortion plot that included a few reality show producers.

According to the reports, McQueen found a lost iPhone 4 last Sunday at Mango’s Cafe in Miami Beach and discovered a slew of secretive and sensitive business information while browsing through it. (I can’t believe there are actually people in the world who don’t LOCK their iPhones!?!)

Here’s the clencher… the phone apparently belonged to a producer from True Entertainment (the production company that produces ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and a slew of other reality shows, including Nene Leakes’ ‘I Dream of Nene’ wedding spin-off and Phaedra Parks’ ‘Rich People’s Problems’ judge show) and the pair apparently thought it would be a bright idea to ask the owner to pay them for the phone or they would sell it’s contents to to the blawgs!!

I can only imagine what was on that phone! Scripts? Storylines? Potential new housewives??? 😯

Additional details about the hilarious extortion plot + court footage below…

Court documents reveal that Brown & McQueen, who appeared in court asking for bond in the video above.

On May 28, 2013, McQueen and Brown found an iPhone 4 at Mango’s Cafe in Miami Beach and on it, discovered secretive and sensitive business information about True Entertainment’s reality shows.

The pair then hatched a plan to get PAID for information they’d found and dialed two numbers on the phone, one belong to the owner Joye Chen (an executive producer at True Entertainment) and a second belonging to Angel Johnson, another True Entertainment employee.

The ladies notified Chen that they’d found her phone and had seen the information it contained, they then demanded $3,000 in exchange for the phone and told her if payment wasn’t made, they would sell the information to TMZ.

[Sidebar: I don’t think they thought this plan through…. but I digress. ]

According to police reports, the executive negotiated with McQueen and Brown and said she was willing to pay the money but needed time to collect it.? She then contacted police, who started an investigation into the extortion plot.

Chen eventually agreed to meet McQueen and Brown at Joe’s Crab Shack for the swap, but things didn’t go as smoothly as the ladies planned.? When the pair arrived, they were promptly arrested and authorities found Chen’s iPhone in McQueen’s possession.

The women appeared in court and while both admitted their involvement to authorities, they each blamed the other for being the main culprit.? They also both admitted to contacting the victim several times through phone calls and text messages to negotiate the terms of the extortion.

McQueen and Brown have each been charged with extortion and McQueen was also charged with possession of stolen property. The ladies face at least 15 years of jail time for their foiled extortion plot.

I can’t believe these fools risked going to jail for this dumb ish. 15 years is a long time to sit in a jail cell over a dumb decision.

Are you curious about the ‘sensitive’ reality show information they got a hold of?
