Latavia announced in a press release issued in April that she is pregnant by a “well known” Atlanta producer and has a very iconic September due date.

Rodney ?Don Vito? Richard, 35, is a record producer, songwriter, composer, engineer, video producer, director, entrepreneur and television personality.
Coincidentally, he’s also a party in Kandi’s “Don’t be tardy” lawsuit against Kim Zolciak.
He is also a judge on Burruss? spin-off show, ?The Kandi Factory? on Bravo and he acts as an executive producer for Burruss? weekly webisode series ?Kandi Koated Nights.?
According to her press release, Latavia plans to share her story and recently signed a production contract with hit reality television producer Carlos King, Executive Producer of his production company Kingdom Reign Entertainment, LLC. King has a successful track record producing shows such as Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Don’t be Tardy for the Wedding and Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes, just to name a few.
Production plans include developing a reality show documenting Latavia?s pregnancy, the ups and downs of her relationship with her child’s father and her past battle with molestation, alcoholism and jail time. Her struggles to distance herself from the negativity surrounding her untimely departure from Destiny’s Child, still follow her, but LaTavia is determined to clear the air once and for all. Future plans also include returning to the studio to showcase her voice for the first time as a solo artist and the final release of her highly anticipated ?tell all? memoir due later this year!
