Nene Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was photographed last night as she departed Mr. Chows restaurant in Beverly Hills.
The last “original” RHOA standing was all smiles… and for good reason, being that she reportedly inked a 7 figure deal to return for the 6th season.

The entire first half of the reunion show dealt with Nene’s 2 year old issues with Phaedra Parks and the 2nd half was all about everyone’s issues with the dearly departed Kim Zolciak.

Kandi Burruss finally got her opportunity to speak her peace with “the wig” up close & personal…

While Nene got the opportunity to give her fellow RHOA veteran a ‘goodbye’ hug…

I think Greg realized that the grass wasn’t greener on the other side and we decided to work on our issues and give it another try.

I feel like what really happened to me and Greg’s relationship is that we had issues before I even started this show and as I got bigger and bigger the relationship fell apart.
Leakes brought up the rumors about her flirting with Peter and blamed her castmates for keeping the buzz alive and the remainder of the first half of the show was all about Nene’s 3 year old “beef” with Phaedra.
1. Nene accused Phaedra of seeking out RHOA Season 4 B-list character Marlo Hampton to be on the show because of her association with Charles Grant.
[Sidebar: Nene and Grant are rumored to have had a lil “fling” during first season that didn’t go anywhere. Coincidentally Marlo and Grant casually dated and Hampton used him as her “fake” fiance last season kind of like Kenya used Walter.]

2. Nene argued with Phaedra about something that happened 2 seasons ago… probably because she didn’t have any drama of her own to bring up from THIS season!

Apparently Nene and her family members (who have accused her in the past of … ) have all reconciled. Clearly this needed to happen so that Leakes could have some family at her “wedding” to Gregg next season. But I digress…
Anywhoo… during Phaedra’s extravagant 1st birthday party for her son Ayden several of Nene’s family members showed up and showed out.

During Parks’ first season on the show Leakes denied knowing her although they both grew up in the small town of Athens, Georgia, where Nene’s Grandmother used to babysit Phaedra as a child.
While Nene and Pheadra’s friendship was on the outs last year, two of her half-sisters came out to Ayden’s 1st birthday party with more of Nene’s family members.
I just so happened to be there during the taping (coincidentally Bravo didn’t use much of the footage). Everyone there was buzzing about how Nene’s sisters spilled ALL the tea on camera that day, telling stories about how both Greg and Nene had scammed several of their family members out of money in “real life,” which was apparently why Nene and her sisters were “estranged” at the time.
If you recall, the Leakes even had an investigative report about the Leakes’ mortgage fraud shenanigans back in the day…

All in all, Phaedra issued an apology and the two agreed to move past the 2 year old drama.
Kenya Moore tried to interject with her issues with Phaedra but she was quelled by Park’s quick whitted shade. Quote of the day…

Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Stewart looked both looked beautiful but barely said a word during part 2 of the reunion.
The 2nd half was all about Kim Zolciak and honestly… I could care less but Funky Dineva pay homage to Kim in a video recap entitled “My Hair is Layed Like a Bunch of Sh*t Piled on My Head”.
