It’s official! Atlanta’s top female DJ, DJ Traci Steele will be joining the season 2 cast of VH1’s ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta‘ reality show.
Funky Dineva leaked her addition to the cast a few months ago and I caught up with Steele last night, who happily confirmed the good news.

Well according to her bio:
In an industry dominated by males, DJ Traci Steele emerges as a hard-hitting DJ, Radio Personality, and Celebrity Host groomed to take center stage.
DJ Traci Steele hails from Bronx, New York, but started her career in radio part-time at Hampton University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Traci is currently the only female DJ in Atlanta, which says something about her skills. She can be heard on the #1 Hip Hop station in Atlanta Hot 107.9. She also DJ’ed for Musiq Soulchild for the past 2 years but stopped touring to DJ corporate events such as Ford Inc., Coca-Cola, Chevy Motors to name a few. She has also performed on national TV shows like Good Moning America, The Monique Show and CNN.
Steele reportedly joins the cast alongside her music industry boyfriend and she also has an ADORABLE young son, who is the apple of her eye.

No word on if we’ll get to see less ratchet activity and more motherly love from Steele on the show, but it’s refreshing to see it even if it doesn’t make the big screen.

Che Mack turnt up to the max last week for her birthday starting on Wednesday in Atlanta at Aurum Lounge, then she partied at Vanquish on Thursday with Wale Teanna Taylor & Kenny Burns, Then for her acutal birthday, March 9th, she flew back to her hometown of Philly for her annual Casino Weekend Birthday party in Atlantic City.
I don’t know much about Che Mack besides the fact that she is still perusing a career in music and she sends out a new track every few weeks…
