Porsha Stewart’s Weave Lands ‘Hair Care’ Photo Shoot + Is Kordell Too Controlling? [PHOTOS + BTS VIDEO]

Porsha Stewart of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is featured in Black Sophisticate’s Hair Care Magazine.

Stewart switched it up a few weeks ago, going from a bone straight to a ‘kinky curly’ weave when she shared photos as she hit the studio, but perhaps her husband Kordell decided it was time to change back.

Porsha now sports a long & luxurious style and she gets photo shoot fresh as photographer Drexina Nelson shoots her for a feature in SBH.

More photos and behind the scenes video from Porsha’s shoot PLUS her response to the talk of her husband being “too controlling” below…

Porsha catches a lot of flack about the way her husband cuts her off when she?s speaking, issues orders (that he fully expects her to follow) and inserts himself into her ‘girl fights’.? But he?s nearly 10 years her senior, so of course Porsha goes to her hubby for advice.

Many have dubbed Kordell as a bit overbearing and controlling, but Porsha totally disagrees and says that’s just what a marriage is supposed to be.

Even her co-star Nene Leakes has chimed in a time or two about Kordell’s ‘bossy’ nature, stating:

But Porsha maintains that it’s not all bad… and it’s certainly not as bad as people think, stating:

Porsha’s RHOA co-star Cynthia Bailey doesn’t care much for Kordell’s interference either, referring to him as ?dad,? after he told the women that their drama was getting on his ?damn nerves.?

?Kordell always has these Kordell-isms,? Cynthia said. ?Kordell?s just going to have to let Porsha be a big girl and fight her own battles, and I?m not really sure why he is even in this conversation at this point, and it?s starting to come off as a little controlling.?

What are your thoughts? Is Kordell a lil too stringent or is everyone being too judgmental?

At the end of the day, it really doesn’t matter how anyone feels about the matter. As long as the couple is ok with it… it’s all good.
