A transgendered male by the name of Morris Garner was arrested back in September 2011 and charged with murder after the incident.

Garner subsequently named Pebblez Da Model as his go-between for women who sought his illegal services.
Pebbelz is apparently well-known for her racy videos and photos featuring her oddly shaped 48-inch backside and according to the Associated Press, the victim met Pebbles in New York and paid her $200 for the referral to Garner.

Stewart was arrested Thursday, January 3, and charged with a Fugitive from Justice Warrant for Homicide.
