Keyshia Cole’s Longtime Atlanta Stalker Finally Faces Jail time… [PHOTOS]

Singer/Songwriter Keyshia Cole was once an Atlanta transplant and it seems that she made quite an impression on a Fulton County resident who allegedly stalked her for years during her residency here.

An Atlanta man has been charged with stalking the R&B singer and according to prosecutors, he could be sentenced to up to 13 years in prison if he pleads guilty as expected Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court.

Details below…According to the AJC, Torey Webster was indicted on a charge of aggravated stalking and other offenses after repeated arrests in connection with Cole since 2009.

A news release issued Wednesday evening by the Fulton County District Attorney?s office confirmed that Webster?s most recent arrest followed two other incidents at the singer?s north Fulton County home in July and August, 2011.

Webster allegedly attempted to enter Cole’s Atlanta residence on one occasion, and prowled around it in search of Cole on another occasion.

Cole has filed for at least two orders of protection against Webster: January 15, 2010 and August 17, 2011.

Webster has been in jail since his arrest on Aug. 19, 2011, where he was charged with aggravated stalking and three misdemeanors: stalking, and two counts of loitering and prowling. Fulton County jail records show he was being held on a $200,000 in the most recent incident and he had reportedly been released from a prior arrest for stalking just seven days earlier.

In total, Webster has been booked into the Fulton County jail on stalking and other charges: July 2011, January 2010 and October 2009.

Three years and three arrests later, Webster is finally scheduled to appear this morning (September 13, 2012) before Senior Fulton County Judge Stephanie Manis. The Crimes Against Women and Children Unit is prosecuting the case.

Now I understand why Keyshia needs all those bodyguards when she’s in town… it finally makes sense! Hopefully this dude will be put away for a while and maybe he can get some psychiatric help in prison.
