It’s a sad state of affairs in America when a man can snatch kids from a mother simply because he has the money to do so.
As you know, Usher Raymond filed suit against his ex-wife Tameka Raymond seeking sole custody of their 2 young sons, Usher V and Naviyd.

A few days after closing arguments were heard in the months long battle, the judge issued a ruling regarding Tameka’s counterclaims in the lawsuit.

An official ruling was made in the custody battle today and sadly the judge ruled in Usher’s favor.

I’m waiting on the official documents, but here’s what I’ve heard so far…
A decision has reportedly been written where Usher has been granted “parental control” of the kids (meaning he gets to call all the shots), while the couple will maintain joint custody (but Usher has been granted “primary” custody.)
This means that Usher will be able to legally make all the decisions regarding his sons, including when and where Tameka can see them.
Many feel that Usher’s money and influence was a prime factor in the judges decision and it’s clear that Tameka can’t win a battle against a man who has that many “fans”.
As Tameka’s attorney stated during closing arguments… it was all “the Usher show”… one big performance where he (and his team) totally manipulated and controlled each and every aspect of the case.

There was absolutely NO evidence presented that proved that Tameka Raymond is a bad mother! None… nada… zilch!
Money talks though huh??? It can buy “friends” who’ll testify against you…

…and apparently it can buy children too!!!? Excuse me while I go burn all my Usher CD’s……

…we’re told a judge sided with the singer — awarding Usher primary custody of the ex-couple’s two sons, which means the children will be spending the majority of the time with their father.
Tameka still retains some custodial rights — but the extent to which Tameka will be able to see her kids is unclear.
