The custody battle between Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster Raymond is still chugging along.
There’s been some explosive revelations made recently regarding Usher’s attorney’s relationship with the Fulton County judge who sits on the case.

But while the superstar’s money and influence is sure to play a part in the final Judges decision, an order was issued recently that suggests things may be looking up for Tameka.

The judge in the case issued an order of contempt against Usher Raymond yesterday and HipHopEnquirer obtained the official court documents in the case.
I for one can admit when I’m wrong. I fell for the okie doke Usher’s PR was serving and originally thought that Tameka was fighting over a credit card for her own personal use. Just like we found out it was REALLY Usher who filed for sole custody, it appears that he canceled his ex-wife’s SAK’s VIP discount card, which she happens to use in order to get discounts on items for styling her celebrity clients.
Due to the fact that it was a part of the divorce settlement that Tameka was to keep access to the card, the judge held Usher in contempt of the original order and demanded that he returned the card.
The judge also ordered Usher to pay up on all the nanny bills that he refused to pay and awarded Tameka $1,300 for the nanny.
Usher initiated proceedings seeking SOLE custody of the kids and was attempting to prove that Tameka is an “unfit” mother. His “smoking gun” happened to be a “friend” of Tameka’s who took the stand to say the exact words “Tameka is a bad mother,” while I’m sure she practiced in the mirror all night, I for one, didn’t fall for her testimony.

An order has NOT been issued regarding the custody of the pair’s two young sons, but in my opinion (an y’all know I have one) it would only be fair for the couple to continue to share custody 50/50 and work out their issues outside of the public’s eye.
