WTF?!? Cheating Pastor Sues Sprint For Disclosing Phone Bill To Wife…

Eddie Long may have did wrong but Bishop Mimms is a P.I.M….. Hold up… wait… back up!

Carl J. Mimms, III, pictured above with his lovely wife Diane, is the spiritual head of Freedom Tabernacle of Praise Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The 48 year old pastor says he became a hot sweaty mess when Sprint invaded his privacy by giving his call log transcripts to his wife, who suspected him of having an affair.

Ms. Diane confronted the her husband with the phone records in front of their teenage daughter and several congregants and now Mimms is suing Sprint for having the nerve to give his wife access to jump-off’s phone numbers!

Bow your heads now and Que Meek Mills…. ?”There’s some real niccas in the building… (Amen!)

Details below…

According to CourtNewsService, Mimms says he specifically told Sprint employees (on more than one occasion) “to not allow anyone to have access to his account except for him,” because he thought his wife might be snooping in his account.

Mimms was the only person listed under that account and says he called the company a second time and “reiterated his concern that his wife not have access to his account,” demanding that Sprint “shut down the internet access to his account.”

According to the lawsuit filed in Indianapolis Federal Court, the good Pastor claims a representative reassured him that no one else would have access to his account.

But in March all hell broke loose when Mimms’ wife confronted him with transcripts of his call logs, including calls to another woman, in front of their 15-year-old daughter. Then the first lady of the church got “gangsta” and called a church meeting to confront her husband about the phone records in front of several members of the congregation, according to the lawsuit. *giggle*

Mimms claims that when he called Sprint to complain, they told him that “someone had accessed information about his account” in a Sprint store two days before the confrontation with his wife.

“Plaintiff’s conversation with that Sprint employee or representative caused Plaintiff’s blood pressure to increase, his head to perspire, and his heart rate to increase,” the lawsuit states.

While the store manager apologized about the unfortunate incident and fired the employee who gave out Mimms’ information, it was not enough for the Pastor.

He’s suing Sprint Nextel Corp. and Entallaby and is seeking actual and punitive damages for their alleged breach of confidentiality, negligence and invasion of privacy. (source)

BTW… the pastor neither confirms nor denies his wife’s accusations in the lawsuit. (Take dat… take dat!)

Does Sprint really owe the Pastor for violating his privacy & his pain & suffering? I mean think about it…

Who’s really wrong in this situation? Sprint for giving his bill to his wife or the Pastor for cheating? Is one sin greater than the other?

God don’t like ugly….
