Rasheeda “Keeps It Real” About ‘Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta’ [PHOTOS]

Rasheeda of Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta?covers the current issue of Rolling Out Magazine.

The hip-hop ‘Georgia Peach’ is also featured in an article where she speaks candidly about her business ventures, her longstanding friendship with Real “housewife”?Kandi Burruss,?and why you won’t see her battling it out like some of the other broads on reality television.

When asked if keeping drama free in front of the cameras was intentional, Sheeda responds:

Well the cameras followed me, so what you see is what you get. And to be honest with you, I really don?t have time to be bickering with no b*tch. That?s just not where I?m at. I am too focused on making money, keeping the bills paid, and making sure that my family is ok.

I mean don?t get me wrong, I understand that a lot of that it good for TV ? but at the end of the day, I just really want people to look at my situation and see the importance of family, and know that you can raise a child as mom and dad ? together.

We don?t see a lot of family structure in the black community, so I hope that people can look at my husband and I, and see that when they follow our story line.

See… there’s at least a lil positivity about the show.

?Rasheeda was asked about the former collaboration between she and Kandi, called “Peach Candy” and if she and Burruss would be resurrecting the project.

You know, our schedules are both so crazy that when we do talk on the phone we really struggle trying to figure out when we are going to see each other. But the good thing is that we will throw out little things here and there.

For example, ?Legs to the Moon,? isn?t an official Peach Candy song, but it?s something that we?re putting out there to satisfy the fans that really want us to continue in that.? Hopefully, we can get back together and do a Peach Candy album again, but with our schedules, we will just continue to do things together when we can.

As far as those rumors about Rasheeda being a Grandmother, she’s not actually claiming the title:

Let me tell you this; all I have is an 11-year-old son, and that?s it. So he better not be shooting anything out that thang [laughs]. I will say this, though; if you stay tuned to ?Love & Hip Hop,? you can see how all of that unfolded.
