Singer Kelly Rowland shows off the latest cover of Vegas Magazine as she attended a celebration for the 9th anniversary of the magazine (June 10, 2012).
Rowland partied the night away with her bff Lala Vasquez-Anthony by her side as well the two lovely ladies attended the celebration held at the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas.
