Derek Blanks Shoots Kim Zolciak-Biermann (Naked in Body Paint!) [PHOTOS]

Kim Zolciak-Biermann of The Real Housewives of Atlanta let it all hang out in a photo shoot with celebrity photographer Derek Blanks?on a recent episode of her RHOA spin-off show (the name escapes me at the moment).

Blanks shot Kim with the help of make-up artist Saischa Beecham, who meticulously painted Kim’s triple D’s to resemble her hubby, Atlanta Falcon’s Kroy Biermann’s jersey.

?I was so excited to do this photoshoot for Kroy,? Kim says in the clip.

?But with my yard a mess, no flower person for the wedding, Jen being MIA, this photoshoot is the last I have on my mind. But, I?m so damn sexy, f*** it! I just say ?cheeeese.??
