Remember Charles Grant, the former NFL ball player to whom Marlo Hampton, the background character on season 4 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was fictionally engaged?
Grant, who’s rap sheet is almost as long as his fake fiance’s, was popped late last year for bouncing a $500 bad check which coincidentally is when Hampton publicly fessed up about their “relationship” being over.

Grant hasn’t really played ball since he was released from the Saints in 2010 and word on the curb is that his accounts are all frozen due to tax woes and in addition to all of that he’s been placed on of the ever growing list of “deadbeat” dads.

subject: Charles grant is a deadbeat dad!Charles grant is a deadbeat dad. he has a 7 year old son that he hardly calls or visits. He flaunts around spending big money, showing off on shows, talking mad shit and he is behind almost $150,000 in child support with his son.
I’m not money hungry and I’ve been quiet all these years I’ve been going thru this but it kills me to see the person he portrays to be and he shows me a whole other side. He does much chairty work in the community and for the kids, why not your own?
I’m from Louisiana and live in Miami now but when Charles came for Super Bowl he crushed my son. He told him he was picking him up for the game, they met my mom at Aventura mall and she dropped him off, I guess he started crying but that’s what kids do when they leave loved ones, anyways don’t you know they flagged my mom down and told her they weren’t taking him cause he was crying! That crushed me!
Charles is a fake and puts on a show for others. I don’t know why he is this way with his son but he has at least 3 other kids.
I know for a fact he has a teen in New York, my son (Miami), a younger daughter in Atlanta and a baby boy in Jackson MS. That’s 4 mothers in 4 states and there was speculation of others but they haven’t been confirmed.
From what I’ve heard from the other moms he is treating them the same. He needs to be put on blast!
Another day… another athlete who has spread his seed around the country. Are we really that surprised?
