Tip, who sent the salute above via Future’s Album Release Party last night (April 17, 2012), has also been on his “Family Hustle” since his release and has dropped a book (“Power & Beaut), a hot “F*ck Da City Up” mixtape, and even taped the full 1st season of his successful “Family Hustle” reality show.
The federal judge in Tip’s case has been so impressed with his behavior during these 7 months on probation, that he has granted the rapper a lil more freedom!
Details…
T.I.’s probation officer submitted the request to extend the rapper’s out-of-state travel allowance from 7 to 12 days — and yesterday, a judge signed off on it.
According to the probation officer’s letter, T.I. has been a model probationer — staying on his best behavior the last few months … even completing his required drug/alcohol counseling program.
T.I. has approximately five months left of supervised release — after spending several months behind bars for a probation violation last year, stemming from his 2009 gun conviction.
Welp… it’s looking like Tip is well on his road to redemption!? And to think, y’all said it wouldn’t last…
