Have You Seen Bow Wow? Georgia Judge Orders Him ‘Arrested on Sight’

Thangs just ain’t the same for Shad Moss aka Bow Wow these days.

Just last week, the federal government filed a huge tax lien against the young rapper, that totaled over $125,000 and NOW it’s been revealed that Moss faces even more legal woes and a judge has signed an order to have him “arrested on sight”!

Jesus take the wheel… and the mic…

Details below…

A Georgia judge recently signed an order to have Bow Wow picked up and detained, and judging from his last few tweets, he may already know it:

According to TMZ, the 24 year old YMCMB rapper has been intentionally avoiding a civil lawsuit and now a judge in Georgia has ordered he be arrested and held in custody until produces documents and information to the other side.

Bow Wow was ordered by a Tennessee court back in 2009 to pay almost $100,000 to a tour bus company for allegedly not paying his bill. The company then took the case to Georgia to try and get the court where Bow Wow lives to enforce the judgment.

He was ordered to produce documents in his home state regarding the lawsuit, which he never did. As a result, the tour company filed a motion to have the rapper held in contempt.

Finally back in October, the judge granted the motion and ordered Bow Wow be arrested and held until he produces the necessary documents the tour bus company asked for.

Bow Wow has not been taken into custody so far, or responded to the lawsuit. Calls to Bow Wow’s reps were not returned.

Wowzers… OCTOBER! If they wanted him, I’m sure they could have found him by now.

I guess we’ll be adding Bow-Weezy to the mugshot gallery soon.

Have you seen Bow Wow? Would you turn him in if you did?
