In the wee hours of the morning (April 29, 2011) a “commoner” married her Prince in a beautiful traditional British ceremony.
I couldn’t help but stay up to watch the Royal Wedding of Prince William to Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey in London, England.? I mean… we all love fairy tale weddings!
The spectacular event is actually still in progress as I type but I thought I’d drop of few photos for those of you who slept through the opening of the event.
As you know, Prince William is the of the second in line to the British throne and 1900 guests were invited to his wedding, including foreign Royal family members and heads of state.
Thousands of well-wishers from around the world have also flocked to London to witness the spectacle and pageantry of the Royal Wedding and of course twitter was hilariously abuzz with the play by play…
