Deion Sanders is headed towards NFL history after making the final cut to be inducted in the Hall of Fame, and you can own a part of his history if you care to purchase an overpriced estate in Texas.
Deion, who once played for both the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons (at the same time), is trying to get rid of his massive Texas home, which was once featured on his reality show.? Problem is… he can’t sell it!
The home has been on the market for over two years and it’s not because no one’s interested…
Apparently it’s still on the market because “Neon Deion” has greatly over-valued his asking price!
The 29,122-square-foot home is currently listed for $21 million, the same price as when it hit the market in 2009 and Deion hasn’t budged from his asking price, despite the fact that an appraisal of the property says it’s only worth $5.6 million!
And by the way, if $21 milli is out of your league, Deion has a downtown Dallas condo that he’s selling for cheap… it’s on listed for $7 million.

Deion’s 109-acre ranch home boasts 29,122 square feet, has a two-story entry, banquet dining space, and an indoor basketball court and bowling alley. Looks like he bought it lock, stock and barrel, Suite 3002, in 2009. The 5025 square feet include some balcony space. And this is a two-story condo, with a rooftop terrace and lounge with bar and full bath (so nice for guests, keeps your own potty pristine) and a private elevator to it all — rooftop private pool, roof garden and fireplace.
