Meet Niosha Latrice Kelly (27). Niosha took the above mugshot after being arrested for abusing her 17-day old infant.
A 27-year-old mother is charged with unlawful neglect of a child after her 17-day-old baby was taken to the hospital with a fractured skull. Capt. Daniel Watson, spokesperson for the Darlington Police Department, said Niosha Latrice Kelly was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Kelly?s other two children have been placed another family member. Officers say they haven?t determined yet how the baby was injured. Watson said they have received several different stories. The baby is in stable condition at this time. (source)
No word on how she got that black eye… either that baby packed a helluva punch or authorities gave her a taste of her own medicine. Whatever the case, she had it coming…
