Singer/Songwriter Keri Hilson came face to face with her idol last night and tweeted her excitement.
The “Pretty Girl Rock” singer tweeted the photo above of she and Lauryn Hill after they met backstage at Hill?s concert at the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, stating “No one understands… I will never be the same.”
Keri once caught a ton of flack for revealing that she wanted to pen a “comeback” song for Lauryn, but apparently she meant no ill will and ffter meeting her idol, Keri could barely contain her excitement online.

Keri has often said that she’d love to work with Lauryn, so maybe a Hill/Hilson collaboration is in the cards.? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
