Tyler Perry just came out of his own pocket by doing some good by helping a fire victim with a new home and now he’s faced with an attempted break-in of his own home!
An 18 year old teen was arrested and charged with prowling and criminal trespassing after she was found on the property and two others are still being sought.
According to the AJC:
An early-morning intruder was captured within moments after breaking into the West Paces Ferry Road home of actor and producer Tyler Perry, Atlanta police confirmed Monday. Chloe Ware, 18, was charged with prowling and criminal trespass and released. Police are still looking for two people who were with her.
Perry’s body guard caught Ware around 4 a.m. last Thursday, but two others escaped, police said.
The break-in also was captured on surveillance video.
Perry went to his message board to vent about his disappointment regarding the break-in:
?At about 3 a.m. my phone rings. I answered and I hear this voice say, ?Sir, I need you to be alert. There are three intruders on the property.? It was my security. I sat straight up thinking, ?You have got to be kidding me!?? wrote Perry.
?What happened to making your own way? What happened to honesty and integrity? What happened to doing the right thing so that God can bless you? Man, this made me upset!??I will give ’till I can’t give anymore. That’s my heart. But to try and rob, or steal from me! If all three of them were looking for trouble, they found it!?
“I will be on the phone with the D.A.’s office and the Chief of Police in a little bit,? Perry wrote, adding that he wants those responsible ?prosecuted to the fullest.?
Looks like they chose the wrong one to mess with…
