Monica (and her awesome new haircut) spent the holidays in L.A. with her two sons, Lil Rocko & Romelo and her boo, Los Angeles Lakers baller Shannon Brown.
As you know, Christmas was a disappointing day for Lakers fans as Kobe Bryant and the team were dominated by LeBron James and Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat in their first match up of the season (Lakers lost 96-80).
Mo tweeted a few pics as she attended the Lakers vs. Heat game on Christmas Day and she also sent a few of Christmas dinner with her boo.

Mo spoke recently about her upcoming album and hinted around that she’s working with several producers. I wonder how Mo would fare on a Yeezy produced track…?
?I?ve only worked with Polow so far, but I try to get with one or two producers and pretty much create the meat, and then you pretty much get the rest of it done around the center of the album.?
Monica?s last release, ?Still Standing,? dropped back in March. The record debuted at number two on the Billboard 200, and has been certified gold. She’s in the studio now working on some new music and hopes to have a new single out by March 2011, and a new cd in stores in July.? Mo is also considering releasing a Christmas album next year:
?I?m looking forward to something like that, something that?s kinda mixed with a little bit of Christian inspirational things with some of the older songs that we all know.?
