On again/off again couple Sean “Diddy” Combs and his baby mom Kim Porter are apparently “on again” at the moment.
Diddy and Kim’s 16 year relationship may be “unconventional” but if it works for them so be it. The happy “on again” couple vacationed on a yacht just off the coast of St Barts, where they celebrated their twin daughters D’Lila and Jessie’s fourth birthday last week.
Diddy hit up twitter in honor of the birthday girls:
‘Happy Birthday to three of the most important women in my life! My daughters Jessie and D’Lila and my Mom. I love you – Happy Bday Mom, Jessie and D’Lila!’
