T.I.’s Parole Officer Says He Violated 3 Key Items: Judge Orders Bond Hearing…

Clifford “T.I.” Harris has been ordered to appear before a federal judge in Atlanta and explain why his probation should not be revoked because of his recent drug arrest in Los Angeles.

I revealed yesterday the rumor about T.I. being barred from travel and canceling upcoming concerts, well apparently that’s true. A summons signed yesterday (Thursday, Sept. 17th) by U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. orders Tip to return to court to face probation violations.

Pannel, the same federal judge who sentenced T.I. for firearms violations,? made his decision after Los Angeles County Sheriff’s officials ran tests on the confiscated pills and days after T.I. tested positive for drug use.

Spokesperson Nicole Nishida said several pills confiscated after the traffic stop indicated they were a “controlled substance”, a type of ecstasy drug used at raves and clubs to enhance sense of self-confidence and energy.

She confirmed that the pills were found on both T.I. and his new wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, and NOT in the Maybach, the luxury car they were driving.

The order, signed by T.I.’s probation officer, lists three possible violations of his bond. They are:

1. possession of ecstasy on Sept. 1, 2010

2. testing positive for opiates on Sept. 2, 2010, and

3. associating on Sept. 1, 2010 with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.

Cortez Thomas could possibly be the real name of C-Rod (formerly of the group P$C). It has been reported that C-Rod and his longtime girlfriend, Vanity, (who is or was a Grand Hustle employee) are the two who were riding in the backseat of the Maybach Tip was driving in L.A.

Judge Pannell?did not set a date for the hearing. Steve Sadow, one of T.I.’s attorneys, has declined to comment.

***UPDATED 9/17/10 10:00am**

TMZ breaks down exactly what Tip and Tiny had in the car that night:

Rapper T.I. may have been sippin’ on sizzurp after all the night of his felony drug possession arrest — because cops say dude had the main ingredient, codeine, when he was busted.

T.I.’s probation officer just filed documents in Georgia that say L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies found codeine, marijuana and ecstasy in T.I.’s possession during the September 1 arrest.

As we first reported, T.I. had several Styrofoam cups in his Maybach that night (pictured here). Sizzurp — aka codeine syrup — is commonly served in Styrofoam cups.

The document also states that T.I. tested positive for opiates the day after the arrest, but does not name a specific drug. Neither marijuana nor ecstasy are opiates.

Woooow.? The evidence is mounting…
