What Happened to Tameka Raymond’s “Lost Ones” Foundation?

It seems that Tameka Foster Glover Raymond’s charitable organization, “The Lost One’s Foundation” may be the one that’s lost.

The foundation’s website is currently down and the phone has been disconnected…

Could it be that Tameka Foster Glover Raymond’s charitable organization is under investigation?? I’ve received word from quite a few people, that the foundation may have been conducting business in a questionable manner.

As a foundation formed to aid in the development of young girls, there were several regulations that should have been followed that may have been overlooked.

Specifically, background checks should have been performed on any and every volunteer who worked around the girls.

This should be a no-brainer, especially with the amount of creeps and child molesters out there just waiting on an opportunity to strike, but sources have confirmed that Tameka’s organization did NOT do background checks.

A call made to the organization confirmed that they only required volunteers to fill out the volunteer form that used to be on the site. Oh… and speaking of the website, as of today (Aug 30th)? TheLostOnesFoundation.org is no longer online.

Tameka didn’t pay renew her domain and it’s been booted from the web.

One of my twitter followers suggests that it was Tameka’s Criminal Past that may have become an issue with state authorities, but I’m sure she’s gotten all that cleaned up by now. It only takes a few bucks to expunge a record and Tameka makes it known that she has tons of disposable cash.

I wonder where all the dollars went that Usher’s ex solicited online. She often used her Twitter page to ask followers to submit donations often and recently spoke about raising money for the foundation on Atlanta’s Good Day Atlanta:

If you watched the video, you may have also noticed that Tameka put her stylist skills to work in a fashion show designed to highlight items from her “boutique,” which reportedly provides 20% of each purchase to The Lost Ones Foundation.? Meka also showcased her “Lost One’s” T-shirts and promoted an upcoming outing.

I heard that a recent trip planned for Lost One’s participants was canceled and the phone number listed for the organization is currently disconnected.

I’m sure this is all merely an oversight and Lost One’s will be up and running again soon.? If not… Tameka will have even more time to spend on her “boutique”.

Stay tuned….
