Bow Wow may be in “Lottery Ticket” heaven but apparently his mom, Teresa Caldwell isn’t so lucky.
Bow’s mother owns Taste boutique in Atlantic Station, and apparently it was seized by the Georgia Department of Revenue for non-payment of state taxes.
Surprised customers show up to the locked boutique…
A noticed posted on the door shows that as of August 11, 2010, the business has been closed due to a “tax liability.”
The doors of the swanky downtown location remain locked and yellow caution tape surround the location with the words “SEIZED BY THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE/LAW ENFORCEMENT.”
Teresa hit up twitter to address the situation briefly this morning:
It’s a sad situation when people who clearly have money are faced with mismanagement.
If it’s true that Teresa’s accountants are the cause of this issue, I expect to see a lawsuit of some kind.? Otherwise, we all need to take this situation as a lesson learned…. never allow your “cousins” to handle your bank accounts.
