GONE… Lil Boosie Indicted on 1st Degree Murder Charges [VIDEO]

Lil Boosie (aka Torrence Hatch) has been officially indicted by a Louisiana grand jury in connection with a shooting death last year. The 27 year old rapper was already in prison doin time on probation violation charges when the ruling came down.

Yesterday, a grand jury in East Baton Rouge Parish indicted Hatch, who has performed frequently in the Atlanta area, on first-degree murder charges in the Oct. 21 shooting death of 35 year old Terry Boyd and he may be facing the death penalty!

A task force was formed to investigate multiple shootings, many of them deadly, in the Baton Rouge area over the past two years. Boosie’s indictment is a part of that investigation.

In addition to the Murder charge, Boosie was also indicted on drug charges Thursday. He faces three counts of possession with intent to distribute codeine, ecstacy and marijuana. He was also indicted on three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.

Boosie’s girlfriend, Walnita Decuir (pictured below), also faces the same drug charges as her boo.

The 25-year-old lived with Boosie before he was sent to Hunt Correctional Institute in St. Gabriel and authorities are still looking for her after it was alleged she was assisting Boosie in smuggling drugs into the prison facility.

Boosie pleaded guilty to drug and gun charges last September after East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s deputies reportedly seized a bag of marijuana, a cigar with marijuana in it and a gun from his car.? A judge sentenced him to two years in prison but he was allowed to remain on probation under house arrest with an ankle monitor.

After only a month on probation, the monitor indicated that on more than one occasion, Boosie had violated the terms of his release.? A District Court Judge then revoked Boosie’s probation, sending him straight to jail on Nov. 9 and doubled his original sentence, ordering him to spend four years in prison.

That four years might turn to life if the murder charges stick.? Another rapper gone… strike a match… light a candle…. shed a tear.
