Jay-Z ain’t playing with y’all “regular” folks anymore, he’s getting his GROWN MAN on as he rubs elbows with billionaires:

The rapper has been involved with business man Mikhail Prokhorov, developer Bruce Ratner and Bloomberg recently in the Atlantic Yards stadium development project, which will eventually produce an arena for the Nets basketball team.
