Robert Evola, 59 (left) and Jose Zelidon, 58 (right) were arrested recently at the metro Atlanta discount store after allegedly engaging in sex acts in the bathroom!
Police said Friday that a loss prevention officer at K-Mart walked in on two men allegedly engaging in oral sex in the bathroom. Although caught in the act, Zelidon and Evola, both of Lawrenceville, told police they did not know each other and denied the incident ever occured.
After a search, Zelidon was found in possession of gloves, condoms and lotion in his front right pocket, a clear indication that he was primed and ready to get his humpty hump on.
You may seem surprised about the incident, but apparently K-Mart is some sort of sexual tryst hotspot. In March, three men were arrested at the exact same location for allegedly soliciting sex. In that case, an undercover officer arranged to meet a suspect in the restroom of the store, located in the 1600 block of Buford Highway.
Friday, Jose Zelidon and Robert Evola were both arrested and taken to the Gwinnett County jail. They were charged with disorderly conduct and have since been released on bond.
