Vibe Magazine has released a sneak peek of their April/May 2010 cover which features both Jeezy (minus the Young) and Trey Songz. I’m partial to the Jeezy cover but that’s just me.
Pair together the dopest mag out with one of trap rap’s finest, and what do you get? A second issue of VIBE that’s iller than the gout, harder than a dinner plate. Check out this promo shot of cover star Jeezy?as well as these other fresh flicks?to hold you over until the April/May cover drops.
I admit it’s a very odd pair but whatever works. *shrug*
Of course you’ve heard by now that Mr. Jenkins officially dropped the “Young” from his name since he’s getting on up there.? I giggle at the thought of him adding “Old” in a few years.? Think about it… “Old Jeezy”… hahahaha!
Peep Trey’s shot under the cut:
Voted the top album of 2009 by VIBE Magazine (Ready), the hardest dude in R&B covers the publication?s April/May 2010 issue. Jeezy covers the other. It?s yet another accomplishment in a banner year for Songz. ?I wanted to push the sex envelope with Trey?s shoot visually,? says VIBE editor in chief Jermaine Hall. ?We were able to come up with shots that are equally entertaining for men and women.?
The official cover(s) will be revealed next Tuesday. The issue hits stands April 13th.
