Located at 675 Paces Ferry Road, the 5BR home is in a small gated community in the Kingswood neighborhood and was listed for a reduced price of only $3.1 milli.? A STEAL!!

The presumed bachelor pad, is in a prime location: the heart of the historic Buckhead residential area, just a few blocks away from the Georgia Governor’s Mansion!

Check out detailed photos of A.I.’s new digs below:

Reduced $400,000! Gated neighborhood in Buckhead with security guard. High quality interior finishes- antique French imported mantles & stone floors. Handmade iron railing. Separate au pair suite w/ sitting area. Daylight basemt includes exercise, wine cellar, cedar closet, rec room, & bedroom suite.

I travel Paces quite frequently and will be looking for AI’s Bentley GT when I’m in the area. Maybe I’ll flag him down or cut him off in traffic to make him feel at home.

On second thought, Iverson’s no stranger to Atlanta traffic. He was previously a resident of John’s Creek in Alpharetta and it’s possible that Tawanna will get to keep that home in their divorce settlement.

Iverson’s move to Buckhead will be convenient for them both in that he’ll still be only minutes from Tawanna and the kids PLUS he’ll also be just a hop, skip and a jump away from the new Wet Willies.? Whoo-hooo…

Welcome home A.I.!
