Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson Sex Tape Scandal [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is in deep doo-doo! You may recall Fiddy’s “Pimpin Curly” alter ego discussing Rick Ross’ baby mom’s adventures on film last year, well apparently she’s not too happy about it and filed a lawsuit!

Lastonia Leviston of Florida filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name and/or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008.

Although the dude in the flick purportedly promised to destroy the tape, he instead “transferred or sold” it to 50 Cent, according to the complaint.

Fiddy then turned it into a comedy routine that also mocked rival rapper Rick Ross (for example, Fiddy’s commentary notes the initials “R.R.” tattooed on Leviston’s chest, and indicates they refer to Ross).

The video has since disappeared from the net but was featured on Fiddy’s BooBooTV until it was removed from their site. It’s still all around the net though (and will be forever) so check out a snippet below (NSFW):

In a later radio interview, Leviston also accused the hip-hopster, real name Curtis Jackson, of labeling her a “call girl,” causing her further embarrassment.

Her complaint seeks unspecified damages.? Neither Leviston’s lawyer nor the rapper’s manager have commented on the case.
