Whitney Houston‘s opening concert in her highly anticipated Australian tour, fell flat. The 46-year-old actress and singer struggled through the opening night of her first Australian tour since 1988 and disgusted fans walked out of the show!
Houston managed to get through two songs at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Sydney Monday night before appearing breathless and exhausted, and fans complained that the performance wasn’t up to par.

Concert goers also say Whitney couldn’t hit the high notes and took long breaks in between songs. In an internet comment after the concert, one audience member wrote:
“She barely finished any of her songs and talked more than she sang while trying to catch a breath, as well as stopping in the middle of her songs to get a towel, reapply makeup.
“I’ve never seen so many people walk out and be disappointed.” Another concert goer said: “Surely there must be grounds for a refund.”
Poor Whitney! At least she looked good…
