Lil Wayne has a really nice Florida condo for sale, but is having a bit of trouble due to the strong aroma of dank that’s filled the crib for so long. Potential buyers of the $520,000 pad have complained of the odor and one even revealed that they were warned of the smell before they even made an appointment:
My fianc?e and I called to make an appointment to see it, and the broker, deadpan, goes, ‘I have two questions: Are you offended by the smell of marijuana? And do you mind coming late in the afternoon? It’s currently rented by Lil Wayne, and these are not morning people.
Once we got there, a member of Wayne’s posse opened the door to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Two hot, rap-video-looking girls were walking around in nothing but a bra and underwear, blasting hip-hop. We just went in and looked around and tried not to stare. (Source)
A video surfaced recently of Lil Wayne’s Florida mansion and I’m not sure if it’s the same weed soaked crib that’s been listed for sale, but it’s definitely in pristine condition.? The vid reveals a ton of sunlight, marble floors, snow white walls and furniture….even a grand piano in the entry way.? Check it out below:

The potential buyers who toured the weed scented home didn’t note anything out of place. Stating that Wayne was a perfect housekeeper (or pays a perfect one):
“He had a perfectly organized closet of crisp T-shirts on hangers, neatly stacked piles of XXL magazine, and a fully stocked bar featuring multiple bottles of Hennessy Black.”
The 27-year-old rapper, real name Dwayne Carter, has been performing in what he calls his “Farewell tour”. Wayne pleaded guilty in October to a weapons possession charge and will be sentenced Feb. 9.
He’s expected to serve a year in jail based on the terms of a plea deal. The charge stemmed from a 2007 traffic stop of his tour bus in New York when authorities said they smelled marijuana, and as they approached, he tossed aside a bag with a loaded .40-calibre handgun.
In a separate case, Wayne also faces trial in March on felony drug possession and weapons charges in the state of Arizona. More recently, he had to postpone a show one day after authorities stopped two of his buses in Texas and found marijuana. That case was referred to the sheriff’s office in Texas.
