I told you last week about Orlando Magic’s Dwight Howard suing his baby mama over comments she’d posted on Lipstick Alley, well he ain’t finished yet. This time Dwight feels that her posting pics of their 2 year old son on a social networking site is endangering the security of their child and he’s filed yet another lawsuit!
According to Howard his ex, Royce Lyndsay Reed, broke a court order by posting photos of their child on her Twitter account. Apparently Dwight is well within his rights because according to documents filed by his attorney earlier this month in Florida, Reed was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting images of their son Braylon on “blogs, websites, etc.”
Howard thinks posting the child’s photos on the web poses “a significant security threat to the child because [Dwight] is a highly-paid public personality.” Therefore, Howard is suing Reed for $142,500, which amounts to $500 for each one of her 285 Twitter followers…..plus attorney’s fees.
Somebody’s really tryna prove a point!
