Life After Porn: Jaimee Foxworth Wins Temporary Restraining Order

Best known for her role as Judy Winslow on Family Matters, Jaimee Foxworth was abruptly written out of the show with no further mention when the show’s producers got fed up dealing with Jaimee?s mom/manager, who wanted larger speaking roles for Jaimee.? In subsequent seasons, the Winslows refer to their two children, rather than three after Jamiee was booted from the cast. Acting roles became scarce after the show and eventually Jaimee turned to porn to make ends meet. She appeared in approximately nine adult films over 2 years under the name “Crave” <~~ NSFW! TVOne’s Life After recently featured former child star Jaimee Foxworth, who discussed her dissent from a popular TV series to the sex industry. She seemed genuine in her plight to clean up her act and move on with her life.

In Jamee’s episode, the 29 year old shared a few of her secrets to getting her life back in order, which included her unexpected pregnancy along with the love and support of her fiance/baby daddy, Michael Shaw. In a surprise twist, Foxworth was recently granted a temporary restraining order against her longtime boyfriend after accusing him of physically abusing her.

In documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Foxworth claims Michael Shaw has been physically and verbally abusive towards her and alleges Shaw, with whom she shares four-month-old son Michael, had grabbed her arm and dragged her along the floor through broken glass. On another occasion, Jaimee claims that as she was feeding their son in the backseat of a car, Shaw pulled the car over, jumped into the backseat, tried to push her out of his car, and threatened to drive away with their son.

Under the order, Shaw is required to stay 100 yards from both Foxworth and their child. When asked about the situation, Jaimee states that she “strongly encourages all women to leave unhealthy relationships before it is too late.”

I honestly think there should be some sort of half-way house for child stars to assist them in their transitions into the real world. It’s sad how these kids are used up and seemingly tossed to the side once they’re no longer short and cute. Not may child stars come out of that industry well adjusted and most seem to go through hell once they pass puberty. It’s insane!

TVOne has ran Foxworth’s episode at least 3 times that I know of, but I’ll be sure to update this post with the full episode if/when I locate it.
