All you Whitney fans can finally mark your calendars cause she’s hot on the comeback trail with her new album scheduled for released September 1st. The troubled diva’s first album in six years is rumoured to be titled Undefeated and will feature contributions from Will.I.Am, Sean Garrett, R Kelly and Swizz Beatz.
[Whitney’s] voice is there,” Akon promised in 2007. “I don’t think anyone could ever take that from her. As long as we apply that voice to hit records, she’ll be right back where she left off.”
The singer’s last performance was at mogul Clive Davis’s Grammys party in February ? where she apparently blew the roof off. “You don’t [make a comeback album] by going into a computer,” Davis said in his introduction. “You wait for the material to justify a new album.”

While Whitney is all clean and sober and back in the studio, her ex-hubby Bobby Brown seems to be attempting to upstage the diva’s comeback by spreading his seed. The 40 year old former “KING” of R&B who has hooked up with his manager/girlfriend Alicia Etheridge, made a special announcement a few nights ago on a Vegas stage:
“I just had a baby,” the singer told the crowd at the Rok nightclub at the New York New York Hotel and Casino last night, per TMZ. “Four days ago?my son Cassius!”
I think this makes baby number 5 for Brown, who shares one child (Bobbi Kristina, 16) with Houston. He also has three other spawn from previous relationships: 22-year-old Landon (an aspiring performer who appeared on MTV’s Rock the Cradle) with Melika Williams, and 19-year-old LaPrincia and 17-year-old Bobby Brown Jr. with Kim Ward.
