Atlanta newstation WSB-TV obtained video footage of Andre 3000’s speeding arrest last month. The video shows Dre’s 1997 Porsche Carrera pulling over on the highway and his subsequent arrest by a Henry County officer. He was stopped for driving 109mph (44 miles over the speed limit) down interstate 75 and was arrested due to his excessive speed.
Dre?explained to the officer that he was in a hurry because he had to get to a friend?s birthday party. He has since paid a $1200 fine and moved on with his life. I just hope he’s speeding right now into the studio with Big Boi for that new Outkast project…
