Monica & T-Boz Discuss Atlanta Groupies + “Sideline Ho” LIVE

Monica filled in for V-103’s Ryan Cameron last week and did a marvelous job! During one set, she and TLC member, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins chopped it up about hating “A”zz bloggers, men and relationships. The two got into a heated discussion about how Atlanta has being bombarded by groupies and ho’s and women who will still date married or attached men. Monica goes on to say:

‘It was never OK to be a sideline, now that’s a way of life….there are alot of women who will happily date/ trick off with Rocko in a heartbeat even though he has a woman and two children and a wedding about to happen. They’re OK with that. First of all the morale is a problem…but if I catch you it’s a bigger problem!”

Monica’s been gangsta with it for a while now. Ain’t nuthin changed! Don’t mess with her man cause she ain’t havin’ it!? Ho-ism is runnin’ rampant in the “A” and it needs to stop. I can totally feel where Mo & T-Boz were comin from. Especially seeing how this city has changed over the years…but some responsibility still falls on the cheatin “A”zz man!

In case you forgot, Mo even wrote a song dedicated to groupie ho’s tryna steal her man. Wanna hear it? Here it go… “You’s a ho..you’s a ho! Sideline Ho!” Check out a LIVE Monica “Sideline Ho” flashback after the jump:

Ho, ho, sideline ho

You’se a ho, you’se a ho, sideline ho

When you called his phone, did he pick it up?

No ’cause we was makin’ love

Did you meet his moms, have you met his kids?

No, did you know my kid was his?

Get your shit together

You’re makin’ a fool of yourself

It don’t matter if he spends the night

His home’s somewhere else

Ain’t you tired of bein’ on the sideline?

Tired of gettin’ yours after I gets mine

Baby, second place don’t get a prize

When you gon’ realize you wastin’ your time?

Baby, ain’t you tired of him gettin’ in?

Leavin’, broken whip and rollin’

Tired of when you need a little change?

He lie about what he holdin’

Ain’t you tired of spendin’ all the holidays alone?

Tired of bein’ his little sideline ho

Do he take you out, do he foot your bills?

No ’cause I know what his balance is

Have you been to his church, do he ask you to pray?

No ’cause Sundays’ family day

Get your shit together

You’re makin’ a fool of yourself

It don’t matter if he spends the night

His home’s somewhere else

Ain’t you tired of bein’ on the sideline?

Tired of gettin’ yours after I gets mine
