Yet again…my friends over at Muggn.com have me over there spending hours captioning dayum goofy “A”zz mugshots. This one had me crackin up cause I’m sure dude had no plans of being arrested that day, but how coincidental is it that he would be wearing the US Constitution on his t-shirt? I can’t take it… 😆
